It is much lighter than the molle ii ruck, and is compatible with the 1606 frame as well as the ALICE frame. Most Alice compatible frames should fit in the FILBE as well. The FILBE can also attach to the molle ii frame, but only if you have an adapter on the top corners. The FILBE assault pack is better than the Molle ii pack as well.
